By accessing or using sidebrain ("the Service"), operated by BestTechie Holdings, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
sidebrain is an AI-powered personal assistant platform that connects to third-party services (including Anthropic's Claude, Google, Notion, Telegram, and others) to provide intelligent assistance, memory, scheduling, and integrations. The Service is available via web interface and Telegram bot.
You must create an account to use sidebrain. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and any API keys you provide. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
sidebrain may require you to provide API keys for third-party services (e.g., Anthropic Claude). You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of those third-party providers. We encrypt API keys at rest but are not liable for charges incurred on your third-party accounts through use of the Service.

Some features of sidebrain require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of BestTechie Holdings, Inc.. You retain ownership of any content you create or store through the Service. By using sidebrain, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service to you.
sidebrain uses AI models to generate responses and perform actions. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific needs. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated output before relying on it. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of AI responses.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
